I request a 24-hour notice of cancellation, either by phone, text or email. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% for the missed appointment. I am aware that emergencies arise over which you have no control. Missed appointments for emergencies will not be charged or if you reschedule within a short period of time. Completed sessions are non-refundable. If you purchase a package and wish to have remaining sessions refunded for any reason, I will refund you the remaining sessions, minus the difference of the initial appointment fee, plus a processing fee of 3.5%.
